Cookies
Smart Observer does not set cookies of its own, and it does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website can store in your browser to remember something about you, such as a login or a preference. Some are essential to how a site works, and others are used to measure visits or show advertising.
What this site does
Our pages are plain articles. We do not have accounts, forms or a shopping basket, so we have no reason to store cookies, and we do not. Because of that, we do not show a cookie banner.
Resources loaded from other hosts
Your browser fetches typefaces from Google Fonts and a small script from the unpkg content delivery network when a page loads. We do not set cookies through these services. They do receive technical information such as your IP address, as described in our privacy policy.
After you follow a link to a provider
Our articles link to the sign-up pages of third-party providers such as UserTesting. Once you click through, you are on the provider’s own site, and any cookies it sets are governed by its own cookie policy. We cannot see or control them.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can see, block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Doing so will not affect how you read Smart Observer, but it may change how other sites you visit behave.
Changes
If we ever start to use cookies on this site, we will update this page and the date at the top before we do.
